- In a pot add oil and pour your rice after washing it then fry it until golden brown then add water make sure that the water is over the rice so that it can be cooked very well,then add your spices and seasoning and stir it.
- After 2min add your already fried vegetables, then close the pot and leave it for about 20 to 25min.
- After that open the pot add your scramble egg and sweet peppe then stir it. Your egg fried rice is ready.
